Subject: HOT DOGS!
Weirdly edited film. As the description states, this film starts out seriously, by telling of sad fates of freight ships, mostly hauling lumber from the Carolinas. But then the screen screams "HOT DOGS!" and then we see a hula girl swooning a sailor! Before I could go, "Wait a sec, when did hula girls appear in the Carolinas?" it's soon obvious we're watching another (possibly 2?) films entirely. the second film is all about a sailor's misfortune in Hawaii, mostly by his other shipmates. But some of the scenes don't make sense. Bizarre.
